PRODUCT USE, WARRANTY & DISCLAIMERS:

The Snorple hybrid oral appliance is ONLY for snoring. Snorple provides instructions with the shipment of products. Buyer shall review the instructions and shall ensure that use of the appliance is strictly in accordance with the instructions and any warnings on the label. All information appearing in Snorple's documentation or on Snorple's website is provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind with respect to its correctness, accuracy, reliability or otherwise. Snorple provides no warranty with respect to the contents of its documents or website or with respect to the products and/or services sold hereunder, except those products directly manufactured and sold by Snorple. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product, no questions asked. You will need to request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the Snorple hybrid oral appliance was not molded properly we will provide you with a free replacement. Your order also includes a 30-day, one-time replacement warranty in which we will replace your mouthpiece for any reason free of charge. You have the option of receiving a refund for the amount of the product or obtaining a free replacement. Please allow 2-7 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement once we process it.


SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Subscription Fees

  • Card holder's account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month.

  • Discounts, rebates or other special offers are not valid for subscriptions.

  • Snorple may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.

  • Subscriptions are an offering of products at a discounted rate renewed on a monthly basis. The minimum acceptable subscription time period is 2 months. We do not accept purchases of a subscription package to save money over our standard offerings with a subsequent cancelation prior to the second billing cycle having been successfully completed.
     

Cancelling Subscription Account

  • You can cancel your subscription from your account profile page.

  • Subscriptions must be canceled in writing on the live help chat window or at contact@snorple.com at-least 14 calendar days prior to the next billing cycle on your account. You will need to provide the shipping address, billing address, Order name and recipient name within the cancelation request for it to be valid. 

  • Once you cancel your membership subscription in proper format and timeframe prescribed above, you will no longer be billed.

Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, subscription items are non returnable beyond the very first item delivered.  This means that if you sign up for a 3 month subscription and receive the first month item, then one entire month goes by and you are billed again and another item is delivered to you, you CANNOT return or refund either of those items. Only your very first item is returnable and only within 30 days of your purchase with notification and RMA. Once your second, third, fourth... and all future items are delivered to you within your subscription, they shall be interpreted to have been duplicate purchases based on the knowledge and experience you gained using the product within your 30 day trial. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. Only the product cost is refundable & the shipping cost is non-refundable.  Ship via USPS postal mail. Send pre-authorized returns with RMA # to: Returns Processing c/o Snorple 2450 Courage St STE 108 - AS4092.  You must keep your return tracking number and provide it to customer support as proof that your item has been returned within your 30 day window, to insure that your package was returned to the correct address, and as proof that the net weight of your return package is the same as the package that was sent to you. 

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your RMA number. Snorple makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to Snorple's website or the products and services sold hereunder. Snorple expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability, no infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Snorple does not warrant that operation of Snorple online will be uninterrupted or free from errors, that defects will be corrected or that Snorple's website or its server are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
