Return Policy
Snorple accepts returns only for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. Shipments returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.
Once approved, only the product cost is refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must ship your return via USPS Postal Mail and provide the tracking number to Snorple Customer Support within your 30-day return window.
If you mold or use the Snorple appliance in any way, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Additionally, if you purchase the Snorple without consulting our sizing chart and determine it is too small after use or molding, your return will not be accepted.
If your product arrives damaged or molding is unsuccessful, contact us for a one-time free replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Monies paid for shipping are never refundable

Tip: The front 4 teeth (canines and incisors) should align comfortably in the mold and be fully seated for optimal anti-snoring effectiveness.
