These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of snorple.com (the "Site") and your purchase of Snorple products. "Snorple", "we", "us", and "our" mean Snorple LLC. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Small differences in color or appearance between product photos and the product you receive may occur and are not a defect.
Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a price change won't affect an order we have already confirmed.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may cancel or decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount you were charged in full.
Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility.

Snorple products are over-the-counter consumer devices intended for adults 18 and older. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including obstructive sleep apnea. The Snorple device has not undergone FDA 510(k) premarket clearance.
